Welcome to my Grief Guidance Recovery Program

My heartfelt intention is to guide you along your unique healing journey, no matter what stage of Grief you find yourself in.

The Grief Guidance Recovery Program incorporates a series of evidence-based Physical, Emotional and Spiritual therapeutic releasing and relaxing strategies, incorporating the mind and body in combination, ultimately allowing those emotions to empower you forward on your individual healing journey.

By guiding the emotional and physical pain through the body, it allows a more natural cycle of emotional and physical release to occur, in a gentle, safe and healing way. 

Instead of avoiding the pain, this empowering process allows you the freedom to partake in a series of peaceful, guided, safe and effective strategies to move any of those emotions that are trapped and stuck in our minds and bodies creating overwhelm.

I wholeheartedly trust that through this series of 4 weekly sessions incorporating Grief Movement, Meditation, Hypnotherapy and other effective healing strategies, blending movement, breath, sound, expression and intention we can tap into a gentle but powerful channel of healing utilising our mind, body and spirit.

Grief is exhausting, so moving at your own pace is the right pace!

Only through Emotional liberation and Physical expression can we learn to accept and honour our Loss, alleviate the pain and hurt allowing you to embrace the Peace, Wonderful Memories and Love that will develop by allowing this expression and entering this sacred space of healing.

Repressed Sadness and Anger get trapped , stuck and stored in our bodies, often leading to physical symptoms if left unexpressed.

To provide a compassionate, safe, healing space for those brave people with a broken heart to connect with their body, mind and spirit through gentle movement and expression.

… And to release and let go of the pain and suffering, allowing space to move forward into the next empowering chapter of life.
